If you wish to sell your user rights within five years, WSM will buy them back from you for 75% of the purchase sum after sale of the user rights to the next buyer. If you wish to sell your user rights after five to ten years, then WSM will buy them back from you for 100% of the purchase sum after sale of the user rights to the next buyer. It is not permitted to sell the user rights to third parties.
