This year WSM has launched a new product known as ‘Comfortare’. Our Comfortare service relieves future second home owners of the burdens and risks.

Under this service WSM arranges the purchase and financing of your second home as well as the administrative and notarial completion. Financing of up to 80% is possible. Apartments may be delivered undecorated or fully furnished, at the discretion of the buyer.

If you opt for a fully furnished home WSM can arrange for it to be let in your absence (through its partner travel organisation). You will receive 60% of the rental income. The rental income can be as much as 14% of your investment (purchase price) per year. In this way your second home can be a source of income.

Our Comfortare service also helps you if you decide to sell your home.
